- Payment Information: Billing address and payment card details processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Connected Account Data: OAuth tokens and account identifiers when you connect advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest). These tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Campaign Data: Ad creatives, copy, targeting parameters, budgets, and performance metrics associated with your campaigns.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our advertising management platform and services.
- Process transactions and send related billing information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
- Deploy and manage advertising campaigns across connected platforms on your behalf.
- Generate analytics and performance reports for your campaigns.
- Adapt and optimize creative assets using our AI-powered tools.
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer support requests.
- Communicate about products, services, offers, and events we think may interest you, with your consent where required by law.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and other illegal activities.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Advertising Platforms: We transmit campaign data, creatives, and targeting information to the advertising platforms you have connected (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) in order to deploy and manage your campaigns.
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting (Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and error monitoring (Sentry). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Within Your Organization: Data is shared among members of your Adisoma organization based on their assigned roles and permissions.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.

6. Data Retention

- Account data is retained until you delete your account or request erasure.
- Campaign data and analytics are retained for 24 months after a campaign ends, then automatically archived.
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Server logs are retained for 90 days.
- Connected account OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
